Partner Enablement Manager

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive team player to join our Partner Enablement team as a Partner Enablement Manager.

You will be part of the Partnerships organization and have the opportunity to impact Robocorp’s growth by working with our most important business partners and delivering high value to our partners.

You will be a core member of the Partnerships team and will have the opportunity to bring innovative ideas to inspire partner loyalty and shape the way Robocorp is consolidating its position as the leader of the gen2 RPA vendor on the market.

The success of the partners will be in your hands from a technical standpoint, and you will act as a strategic technical advisor by engaging proactively, supporting, and building strong technical competencies around Robocorp’s platform. Your support for partners will also span across designing and evaluating multiple IT architectural environments.

As the main driver for the technical workshops and trainings, you will conduct custom enablement strategies with the partners for growing and consolidating the partners’ position in the market with their end customers.

You are an energetic, experienced professional with a mix of business and technical capabilities ready to engage and adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven environment where everyone is expected to show initiative, make decisions, and to assume ownership of their work.

Resposibilities
  • Guide and educate our partners to successfully deliver product demos and POCs
  • Train and support partners to identify and qualify RPA opportunities from a systems and technical standpoint
  • Deliver Technical Trainings based on Robocorp curricula: Developer Level 1-3, Business Analyst, Solution Architect
  • Build trust among technical communities by sharing best practices and keeping our partners up to date with the latest product features and functionalities
  • Consolidate Robocorp brand affinity through product-related workshops and events and grow the utilization of automation together with Robocorp’s most important partners

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in technical-customer-facing role
  • 4 - 6 years experience in RPA
  • 3 - 4 years experience in Python
  • Understanding of enterprise architectures and IT-systems
  • Good communication and presentation skills are essential
  • Experience in RFx, estimations, and other similar Technical Documentation role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a partner organization and/or in a partner-facing role
